A Customer Service Story
"This is a customer service story as much as it is a product review. A few years ago I bought the small grinder that preceded the Java 25. It was great. One morning the small screw that attached the handle fell out and the handle came off. I called support hoping to get a new screw. Instead, I was sent a new Java 25 grinder. It works even better, faster and quieter. I was hoping for a screw and got a new grinder. It almost made me feel guilty, so I bought two Rift tumblers. We already had a cabinet full of travel tumblers and did not need two more. Now we don't need the ones we already had. The Rift tumbler is a great product. It does exactly what they say it will. No leaks, maintains temps, and it's easy to clean and drink out of. The Rift is as good a product as the Java 25, and they are both top shelf. I am a Marketing teacher, currently teaching a class called Services Marketing. This sequence of events has earned a permanent place in my list of great service examples. That list is much shorter than my lists of poor and just mediocre service. VSSL is a company doing things right. Great products backed up by great service. Sure, they are a bit expensive, but I think the quality makes them a bargin."

Better than the hype
"I had high hopes for this after using other VSSL products and I was not disappointed. Generous 16oz capacity, easy grip, cup holder friendly, and the leakproof lid is everything I ever wanted. I use it while camping, traveling, hiking and even in my every day use. To have the ability to have hot coffee and know it’s not going to spill out in your bag or car is amazing. I love the ability to customize the bumper too. I cannot wait to see what VSSL puts out next!"

"I have so many tumblers and like most of them so I was hesitant at first to get another one but I really liked what I was seeing and reading in their ads. So, I caved in and ordered one. Wow, the quality is exceptional and by far the best tumbler I've ever owned. Only regret is that I should've ordered the 20 oz!!!"

"So I ordered two 10oz and loved them, just realized they don’t hold enough coffee for work! So! I ordered 2 more at 16oz one for myself and one for the wife. And I love it. Love the top and its ability to seal tight."
The most innovative tumbler
"I received a 20 oz. tumbler for my birthday and I've used it everyday since then. The total leakproof cap and vault door is fantastic, so is its insulative quality but for me the very best thing is the lanyard. Iʻm recovering from an arm injury and reconstructive surgery so I am primarily using one hand, the left, for carrying most things and the lanyard makes this incredibly easy looping it around my wrist or even just a single finger which allows me to carry other things with the same hand something that was a challenge with other tumblers. Simply the best steel tumbler on the market, you should buy one!"
